You can expect us to be polite, smart and efficient.
Where appropriate we make it clear at site visits that we are working on behalf of an estate agent or solicitor.
We strive to achieve a 3 day turn around on our standard floor plans.
Where a visit to a property is required, we strive to make the visit within 48 hours, and forward draft copies within a further 48 hours.
Our turn around is subject to our operator availability. At busy times, we are likely to require slightly longer.
We expect to deal with amendments and other enquiries within 24 hours.
In order to record the detail required for one of our standard floor plans or a lease plan, a survey of a typical 3-4 bedroom house or a small shop or office unit will take about 90 minutes. Surveys of larger premises will take longer. An estimate can be given at the beginning of the survey.
